Decided to check my 560/186 knives

Hello Everyone, Just took out the case with my assortment of 560/186 titanium knives. I thought you would like to see? The three with their blade open are Phrobis stamped. The second image are a couple of Phrobis Dolphin Titanium knives. All of these knives are titanium. The three take aparts are Buck/ Phrobis knives. There is the black one, The one on the far left WAS black but someone just painted it so I took the liberty to remove the paint.. The real one feels like a powder coat. These are some of the sweetest knives to open and close and they are very thin. They had to rivet them because people would take them apart and could not put them back together. Ya don't see the phrobis around too much? They come with Pocket Clips. Not all Pocket clip knives are Phorbis, which was a company that was a cover for the Gov. and made silencers and tested them in this building. One of the men was involved with Buck and made this knife one day and showed Buck. They bonded together to make these Phrobis/ Buck knives 560's and 186's.

The problem with assembling the Belt Clip Model 186 was the fact that the rocker pivot screw was shrouded by the tip of the belt clip. You couldn’t tighten the screw with the clip in place. I have come up with a method to reassemble the knife, but unfortunately not in time to prevent its demise. The factory that cast these scales for Buck burned down so we probably will not see any future production.
