Decided to dress up my ZT0801 using a CO2 laser engraver

Cool. I thought you needed a 75w or better to get any markings on titanium, although I have never tried.

So did I. I decided to play around with it anyway. Full power at 6% speed gave me those results. At 2% speed it was actually etching the surface (there was a raised lip around where the laser hit). I used a 30 watt Epilog Mini BTW.

Messaged you before I saw your post. That's cool stuff. I have a 35w version of the same machine and also use a 35w here. Thanks for the heads up, I'll have to mess around with some parts when I get some free time.

Glad you like it. The Kryptek camo seems to flow really well on the 0801.
