Decided to remake a past custom design—the Bowie. It’s got a 12.5-inch blade with a raw finish. Feels good to see it come to life again.

This is a diy epoxy resin based micarta with a coarse white cotton twill fabric :)
 
Yeah, it's an interesting one, that's for sure. I feel like in future we might try this handle out with some form of wax or cyanoacrylate finish to see if we can get a higher level of sheen. I think it would suit the more clean, crisp nature of the colour a lot more. With the current coarse finish, it gets dirty so very, very quickly.
