Another "What becker should I get next?" thread!

I want to get another becker, like everybody else. Since I have and enjoy using a BK7, I was thinking a tweener was next. I really like the japanese tanto look of the BK5. So I think I'm getting a BK15 since I also want a more kitchen-y knife.

But of course I also want a BK2, BK5, BK9 and the other tweeners as well.

I have the BK3 but don't really use it. (If anybody wants a trade let me know.)

So what do you think? A BK15 is a good next becker for me?

A stripped 15 is great in the kitchen and very capable in the woods. I can't say I use it as much as my 16 but still a great knife.

BK15! BK15! BK15!....then a 9 fo sho! I love my 9 and 15 the mostest....uhh I mean, "I love all my children the same";)

Well from the desires you listed the 15 would be the obvious choice. But you didn't say what you are going to be doing with it. What do you want to use the knife for?

Also, you need a BK9. You can't not have a 9. The 10 is also nice. And the 16. And the 2.

Not on your wish list but you might want to give some consideration to the BK10. There are some pretty good deals floating around "out there" and now might be a good time to grab a knife that will pleasantly surprise you at a bargain price.

Indeed, you need a 9 and a 2. You might want to go ahead and get those core requirements out of the way before focusing on any electives.

Start at the low numbers and work up through the list. My choice was a BK-16 for my tweener. Many consider the BK-7 a tweener, but not me.

The important thing is that you get what you want and have fun.
