Eddie Baurer's Guides Day Off pant, it even mentions on the website this pocket is for a knife. Also don't let the visible stitching on the pocket fool you, the pocket goes deeper than what you can see. In fact it fits my Spyderco Szabo folder, all the way to the top of the clip but just barely.

However my EDC knives all have some version of the Emerson Wave opening feature, so for me that's what will be going in that pocket.
