Deep carry clip for Lava, Lil Lum, Rhino, etc...?

I have a Casey Lynch clip with no knife to put it on, since it doesn't fit on my Lava. Does anyone know where I can find a deep carry clip for the Lava? It's the same clip as the Lil Lum and the upcoming Rhino.

I think that might be the old 3 hole pattern. Benchmade still uses that pattern I believe, maybe try a BM compatible deep carry clip.
