I have been loitering around here for most of a year and don't contribute much because the social side of life does not come easy for me. I am happy to have had something to share, and also pleased you enjoyed.

thanks again for taking the time to put together a very nice post.

im not sure where in Michigan you are located or your hunting camp is but, in my mind that is what a UP hunting camp would look like.

i could be totally off on that, but that is what I imagine, having never been there.

The deer camp is just north of Whittemore, MI which is considered northern lower peninsula and I live about 50 miles south of the bridge to the UP. Pretty much all deer camps in the northern lower peninsula and the UP look like this camp.

Awesome pictures, thank you for sharing. It's always really neat to see everyone's version of "deer camp". I think I'd be fishing that river!
