Deer hunting gear vid

Awesome video Scott. You and I carry about the same items in our back packs. The only other items I carry are a GPS,Map and compass and a survival kit. But I carry those items because I hunt in very remote areas up here where it would be easy to get turned around.

Thanks guys. Mike, I did forget to mention I carry a first aid kit also. I always have "survival" items in my pockets. I don't carry a compass because I know the property very well. Been hunting there going on 25 years. It's dense in the back wooded area but if you follow Deer Creek it comes out right in back of my house. :D I live 5 to 10 mintues from the farm. It still would be easy to get turned around but it's not that remote where I live.
Can't wait until fall. I plan on some live action vids, hunting, skinning and whatever else I can think of deer hunting related.

I an't wait for those videos!I am also looking forward to your guns video. I have to carry a map and compass because where I hunt is 18 miles down a two track from the nearest paved road. If you go the wrong way you could walk 10 miles without hitting a two track. Two years ago I had a wolf follow me from my stand to the two track. When I turned my jeep lights on he was standing in the middle of the road where I came out of the woods.

Thanks and yes, underwear is of no importance over a grunt call. :D I stopped another buck last fall bowhunting with my grunt call. He was moving at a fast pace and stopped dead in his tracks after hearing the call. Problem is I missed with the crossbow. It was a 55 yard shot. Funny thing is I miscalculated the shot and it went right over his back.
Forget your drawers, not your grunt call. :D
