Defective Heavy Bowie?

I haven't had much luck lately when it comes to buying sight-unseen. I seem to always get a warped or defective blade. In this case, I just received a new in box Ka-Bar Heavy Bowie that has a very noticeable recurve in the blade profile....I am assuming this is not normal...??? Maybe somebody layed into the belt grinder a little too hard??

How large is it? Two of my 3 HBs do also have a slight recurve, but you have to put them on a flat surface to actually see it. It should be less than 1/16 of an inch, if not, I'd return it.

I appreciate the offer Moose, but pics are out of the question at the moment. The knife is already on its way back to the dealer. The recurve was more like 1/8 inch. Quite noticeable. I am sure the replacement will be all good.
