Defiant, great budget light.

First, the disclaimer, I don't work at home depot(anymore), I don't own stock, in no way receive payment/favors etc.

Defiant 1,000 lumen flashlight, takes 3 D cell batteries (included) and throws out slightly above 1,000 lumens on fresh batteries... after my military discount under $30.:thumbup:

I'm sure it's not everyones cup of tea, I watched for faults in the reflectors, I shimmed the batteries to get rid of the rattle.

I think they're a great deal, I bought 3 and I'm thinking about buying a 4th.

One of the things I really like is that there are two modes, burn your eyes out and low, no stupid strobe.

This post might or might not get you to take a look at them, but I think if anyone else is on the same page as me when it comes to lights, then that person just might be out of knife money over the holidays.:foot::thumbup:

Light next to the RAT 7 is the 590 lumen Armor Max.
Light between the LFK and modified 741 is the 1,000 lumen light.
