Guess this question is probably for Sal, unless you guys know the answer.
In the Blade Discussion forum some of us were trying to quantify the grit of sharpening stones. Spyderco's are listed as medium, fine , & ultra fine.
Could you give us a list in grit, of what these correspond to? A list for ALL the stones would be very helpful. Many of us trade sharpening ideas & it helps to be able to standardize/cross reference.
We also were hoping that maybe someone could start a Sharpening Forum to put all the knowledge in one place. It's pretty hard to find the total body of knowledge on the subject the way things are now. I think there are a lot of people who feel this is a neglected area. Newbies in particular could benifit a lot.
