Dehydrators

I need a dehydrator and I am looking for recommendations. I don't know enough about them to be able to tell the differences. I am not looking to spend a fortune, just something to get the job done.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the link. The videos were great and really helped with my next step as to what to do with the dehydrator after I get it. My intention is to prepare food at home for extended backpacking trips, so these were perfect starter videos.

Since 1973, Excalibur has manufactured dehydrators in Sacramento, California.

I have had mine for 6-years now. No cheap China one for me.
