DEK1 sheath

I have a odd question about a DEK1 pocket sheath. Is it possible to make a sheath the same width as the EDC econoline? That sheath is 2 3/4" at its widest spot. I wear 5.11 pants daily and this fits perfect in the small front pocket with no extra room. I love that blade but don't always like a belt sheath.

Absolutely! I can make one any width you want as long as it meets my minimum safety standards.

I draw my patterns by hand and try to leave plenty of welt for safety and also room to mount a variety of clips in the welt of the double stitched side to avoid compressing the knife when the clip or mount is tightened. I can engineer one from scratch that would likely even be thinner than 2.75" if I know in advance what clip you want to use.
