Delayed & sometimes missing email notifications for PM and subscriptions

Lately, I noticed that I'm not always getting email notifications for private messages and subscriptions. Sometimes they are delayed a while (maybe 15-30 minutes). Sometimes I get them. Sometimes I don't. They don't seem to be filtered as spam and I am getting some of the email notifications. But I'm not getting all of them. Not sure if this is a known bug or a recent thing.

happening to me also . Have not been getting notification of PM's for a while now . Just the other day my subscription ran out and I could not post , I did not receive an e-mail to let me know I was due .
 
I stopped receiving email notifications of my PMs a few weeks ago, while still receiving emails alerting me to posts in subscribed threads.

A week or so ago, the PM emails started coming through again.

Now? Sometimes I receive PM/subscribed thread notifications, sometimes I don't.

Frustrating and baffling, but evidently not due to anything I have changed-- or can change. My settings and practice remain the same, the alerts work, then don't, then sorta do.

Has anyone drawn a (sharper) bead on this?

Seems that outgoing mail is being throttled by the DKIM servers as we hit a quota daily. Which sucks. Too many people with individual thread subscriptions and subforum digests. We'll be working on a solution for this but it's taking time.
