I recently bought myself a Delmont 18 although on the site i bought it from it is listed as a Victorinox Evolution Outdoor SAK, i got it thinking that the slightly shorter frame and generally more cuddly look would be more pocket friendly and i was right, but it has for me a couple of shortcomings firstly the nail nick on the main blade is set a tad to deep making it fiddly to get at as is the nail nick on the scissors and when they are open i find the Wenger style spring much better than the Vic spring unfortunately i also find the Wenger style serrations on the scissor blades next door to useless for fingernail trimming which brings me to the nail cleaner/file blade , i think i would prefer a small knife blade instead and finally on the back even though it has three layers why no parcel hook ? Yes i am one of the odd folk who use the hook for various tasks. So i am afraid this pocket friendly little knife is pretty much doomed to a life in my 'That will come in handy even if i never use it' box.

So sad. Definitely like my scissors for maintaining my lovely nails.
And I sometimes wonder why we need a 2nd smaller blade? Would rather have another different tool in its place like a magnifying glass. Think every SAK needs a magnifying glass.

I haven't tried the Delemnot serrated scissors on fingernails, but I can tell you it works a LOT better on zip ties than Vic scissors. And no easily-bent leaf spring, either.
