Deal spotting for a vendor that does not support bladeforums is against the rules. Vendors and makers can announce when they have items for sale.

I've told vendors they can put announcements in Snark, but Becker is not the place for entire threads devoted to advertising, special offers, etc. unless it involves Becker oriented products. For instance, we have allowed threads for Beckerhead hats, growlers, and so on.
 
Guys I deleted the post contents because it was said that I couldn't tell you guys of the deal I found on a new Becker for Christmas, which is a shame because I picked up a new BK-16 for only $56. Oh well I tried, but didn't know that was against the rules so I deleted it.

No worries Greebe. That is a hard rule to get used to. Usually though if instead of posting a link. You go in the snark thread and say"Just got a 16 out of the bay for $56" or it came out of the river or elude to where you got it then people have to still do a little leg work on their own.

That all being said, that is a helluva deal! Nice pick up! I already have 3 (technically 4) so I'm not looking for another one but that price is definitely nice!
