The major problem is that, without pictures there's just no way to begin answering your question. Case has made that pattern for over 100 years, and value very much depends on year of manufacture, condition, and variation. In the past year I've bought 5-6 Case Congress patterns, some for as little as $10.

Your link provides me with a thumbnail sized picture and no way to look at it closer without joining a forum I have no interest in.

My I suggest you take some time to read the sticky threads at the top of every forum? Surely you've had time to do that over the past 9 years?
