No chance it's from WWI. Edge Brand was a brand used by Gutmann Cutlery of Mt. Vernon, Ny after WWII. They were large scale importers of cutlery from around the World, their major claim to fame was that they were the a big Puma Dealer.

Knife is from the 1950's or 60's, and is a copy of a hirschfanger type hunting sword. It does have value, but it is moderate.
