Deleteing PMs ?

I am 74% full and can not figure out how to empty some PMs out.
 
In your inbox, each Conversation has a box next to the title of the conversation. Check that box and select "Leave Conversation".
 
Had to login again to reply to this.
Thank You! Saw that but wasn't clear that it would free the space.
