Delica 4 FFG vs Small Sebenza 21

Didn't know if this should go in general, spydero or cr... so I just put it in general. Mods feel free to move if needed.

I figured I'd just post up some pics of this comparison. I did some searching and didn't really see many pics of these two next to each other. These are my two favorite EDC's. Sure, pretty different but both are just great knives. I'm not going to review them here, plenty of those around. Obviously these aren't completely stock (diff clips), but you get the idea. STR low rider on the delica, spyderco meerkat on the seb (inspired by Darth Detori). By the way, the meerkat clip really works great on the seb. I've heard the regular wire can be a bit unstable, but tightened down the meerkat doesn't move. Might end up sand blasting it to match, who knows.

Seb: 2.81 oz.
Del: 2.21 oz.

Thanks for the comparison. You're right, I haven't seen too many discussions of these two quintessential EDCs. Your extensive pictures (including takedowns) are great!

You can get there on a Lear or a 727, but there is an expected and reasonable difference in the "ride."

I wonder how long it will take the CRK fanboys to find this thread? You've committed blasphemy and suggested that a non-CRK clip could work as well as the stock clip.

Much appreciated. Hopefully this will help someone in a decision they are making. I know before I got my Seb I always wondered how it would compare (dimension wise) to my beloved Delica.

Get out the tar and feathers! Maybe if we are quite they won't hear us in the general section. I'm a sucker for clips that bury the knife deep in my pocket. Some hate em, I love em. Now only if CRK made one....

I have delica and sm seb, both are top edc knives.

interesting...thanks for the insight...doesn't matter much if its a user, but that's the thing about wire clips on ti- they leave a trail...
