Delica 4 polished clip

I'm sure I'm not the first one to do this but man that looks sweet. I don't understand why Spyderco puts a black coated clip on the delica and endura but it ain't that hard to dremmel off.

Both of my Spydercos have the coating on the clip removed -- one with a Dremel, the other with acid.

Once that black coating gets scuffed and scratched it really looks like hell. MUCH nicer with a brushed satin finish.

hey guys,
i've removed the black coating from almost all my spydies using acetone, leaving the beadblasted finish underneath. i think it looks much better.
on my d2 milie, i sanded off the black coating (different coating than on the delicas) and gave it a homemade stonewashed finish.
