According to www.Spyderco.com, yes they will sharpen your Police model. All it'll cost you is the shipping. I'm surprised more folks here don't take advantage of their great repair work and free sharpening.

Spyderco sharpens all of our knives free for life. If you live in Denver, you can bring your blades in to SFO for sharpening. You can also send you blade in to Spyderco's Warranty & Repair Dept. Again, the sharpening is free. There is a $5.00 charge for return shipment.
W/R can replace the clips on your knife. There is a $5.00 charge per clip.
