My buddy gave me a box of knives he was gonna throw away and one of them was a very old Syderco delica clip it with a broken lock. It doesn't look broken appearance wise, but once you lock it open it can be pushed closed with out disengaging the lock. Does spyderco fix these?

Call Spyderco on the phone and ask them. I assume you checked to make sure there is no crud in the tang notch where the lock engages? Pocket lint there can keep a Delica from locking and a toothpick cleans it out in a jiffy.

Assuming you've already checked and gunk in the lock notch is not the culprit, you'd really have to send it to Spyderco for evaluation. They repair, or more often replace, knives that fail due to defects but they don't do that if the knife was abused or simply wore out.
