delica ffg & hollow grind & sage 3 vs zt 0450 showdown

Hey guys, i made this edge retention test and i posted in general but i think it shows the delicas in such a positive light that i thought i should post here too. i did the test with two delicas manufactured 4 years apart and one with ffg and the other with hollow grind. i pitted them against the zt 0450. the delicas did very well especially considering the big price difference. i think this goes to show how important edge geometry is and how great a design the delicas have. let me know what you guys think. i also have a sage 3 and am considering possibly doing a cut test with it too.

 
Hey guys, I just did a cut test on my sage 3. I am in the process of transferring the video and will have it loaded on youtube probably between 6:30 and 7. The results of the cut test of the sage were phenomenal compared to the zt 0450 and the delicas
