Just got a group of Spyderco's and this one I thought ya might like to see. Was told it's a special order from a dealer named Glasshartt. Any other info would be great. Thanks

Not sure exactly what kind of info you're looking for, but since a bunch of the "Glasshartt Specials" were done in response to requests on the forums, you might want to try an "Search by Keywords" Advanced Search both here and over on the Spyderco Factory Forum, for threads with Glasshartt + Delica in the and see if there's anything of interest to you in the threads those searches return.

As mentioned date made is on the box, and appears to be 5/9/02. Date engraved would probably be shortly thereafter. You might find the answer to how many made by running those searches, if not, your only other hope would be that someone who was active at that time and knows finds this thread. As for trade value, I suspect it's one of those items with a limited market. To put things in perspective, assuming it's from around 2002, MSRP would have been $69, so street price would have been around $50 and the engraving would have added another $10-$15 to that. But, most folks looking for a SS Delica would want the newer VG-10 version with the VG-10, or are looking for a real bargain, so getting more than half that would be hard. The exceptions would be someone who collect Delicas and is missing that particular variant. Then, it becomes a question of how badly they want it.

Thanks Deacon, my kid likes it so sounds like better to give him this one than buy a new one.
