Delica modification question

I have two Delica's, both FRN, VG-10 blades, would like to add the thumb notches similar to the Delica-4, any ideas other than my dremel?

Being that the blade is so hard I'd probably do it after marking each place evenly spaced using a small diameter diamond burr in a variable speed dremmel with the blade mounted securely in a jewelers or machinest tool making vise. You can do it with hand files also but either way I'd use the vice to secure the knife in a steady position.
