Thought I would start a different thread.

Does anyone have a pic of these knives next to each other?

I remember when the Delica was the "cheap" Spyderco. :) Seems times have changed. :) Im starting to wonder if the Tenacious is too much knife for my EDC environment (office). Maybe I should just get a new plain edge Delica.

Also, may i ask, what is the deal on the "byrd" line. Like the meadowlark. I have been asking on a few other forums about that model and it seems to be "shot down" pretty quickly in comparison to the others.

I've got a Delica 4 and a Byrd meadowlark s.s. The meadowlark is a great knife for the money. I know byrds get slammed some here but The're not considered "collectable " knives. I like the meadowlark and use it a lot . 8Cr13Mov steel is a good steel that sharpens easy and holds an edge pretty decent in my opinion. The tenacious and the persistance both use this same steel , (as do the Byrds) . The Delica 4 with vg-10 steel is a great knife too . All in all , you can't go wrong with any of them ... enjoy
