Just found Delica with Carbon Fiber handle.
Does it mean that Spyderco decided not to make limited edition with ZDP-189 (mirculous stainless unbreakable cast-iron) with Titanium handle and proceed with VG10 and CarboFiber instead?
Or I still may hope to own 65HRC blade in nearest future?
Thanks, Vassili.

This has never actually been planned AFAIK. The CF Delica was in the works last year and released months ago.

last I read, Sal posted about an H-1 steel Delica with FRN handle. Never saw him post about a Ti handle or the "super-duper" steel.

I mean Sal's Post from 05/23/2003
I don't think that a flat grind would be preferred by the general market, but a G10 handle Delica with a flat grind VG-10 blade might make an interesting Sprint run for knife aficianados (& me).

or perhaps a Titan handle, integral compression lock Delica with a flat grind ZDP-189 stainless blade?

Naturally we'd put a 4 way clip on either one.

Also Sal replied on my push into lam blades direction, saying that ZDP-189 testing shows great results - no need for laminated blades.
Probably, I just missunderstand :( .
Thanks, Vassili.

Probably just speculation. There's nothing in the works as far as I've heard.

At this time it is just a speculation of mine. I won't know much more until I have a chance to sit "knee to knee" with the maker.
