Having recently injured my wrist (drill bit jammed and motor kept turning, taking my left wrist with it)I found my traditional knives too hard to open. I dug out a plain edged VG10 Delica to use during recovery. It was great and did all of the things I asked of it. I may not switch from traditionals anytime soon, but I wanted to give credit where it is due. Great execution of design.
