Delicate problem

A few days ago i mailed Yangdu to buy a WWII 18" horn handled Khukri. I paid 170$ for it thru Paypal.
It seemed that they didn't had that knife in stock, so i asked to refund me.

After numerous emails and the confirmation that i would get a refund, and that the deal was off, i still haven't received my refund?

I am certain that it might be a communication problem but what should i do next?

Can anyone help me with the problem?

I really need my money back due to unexpected medical bills.

If you paid through paypal, good luck! You might be waiting a while if they chose to reverse the paypal charge, rather than refunding you directly. Paypal has been known to hang on to other people's money for up to three months.
 
I'd give Yangdu a call on the phone. This should be pretty easy to correct. I can almost 100% assure you that any hang ups on your refund is due to third party interests and not Yangdu. She'll work something out, just give her a ring if she doesn't e-mail you after she sees this. Don't sweat it and let us know if there anything we can do to help.

Mongo Man, I'm aware of this situation and Yangdu is of course getting your refund to you. There is no question of this. There is no problem. As you mentioned, to determine your wishes through email took a little time.

y'all must be swamping Yangdu with emails...takes longer to get replies lately...too much weeding...:p
 
Ok, guys thank you i was certain that it was some sort of communication error.
I feel relieved, i really like those khuks and i REALLY wan't to buy more from H.I.

I am so sorry you have unexpected medical bills and that you have not received your refund.

The cancellation at your request was made and the refund authorized through Paypal. I have no further control of funds between your bank and Paypal. Please contact your bank again and they may need to contact Paypal.

Thank You! the fact that everything was solved proves that H.I. is a great company. I would like to thank you for the patience you had and the fact that everything came out ok.

All i can say is that it once again proves what a great firm H.I. is. Once my situation improves i will become a regular customer of your fantastic products.
