Delrin Scales

Did I dream it or did someone here say they had purchased a lot of spare parts from the Schrade auction?

I have a knifemaker friend who is trying to restore a large Schrade Uncle Henry with a single blade. The knife has lot of sentimental value, and one of the scales has moved shearing one of the brass pins, and popping out a large chunk of Delrin on another pin near the back of the knife.
