What is the general opinion about this knife? Can it stand up to hard use? Will it be a good replacement for my EDC Delica? Thanks!

Define 'hard use'. It should easily stand up to any use a Delica will, but it's not as good of a slicer. The grind is considerably thicker near the edge. It's a good knife but not a great knife. I sold mine in favor of my Camillus EDC.

Well, you can never have too many knives. 
Depends on the price. I got mine at a great price and probably would have kept if if I hadn't been so hard up for cash at the time. The Osprey is a very smooth opening, well proportioned little knife, and the handle is more durable than the Delicas. It's not really better than the Delica, it just has different strengths.
