It depends on when and if I get any scrap titanium in the width and thicknesses I need later on. Right now I'm out and what I do have has been stripped down to the 1/2" plus or minus widths for my regular Mini Ti Pry which I do have plenty of.http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=786139 I'm out for this size to do the deluxe models and really to me they need to be at least 5/8" wide to allow for a bottle opener for best fit without leaving it thin in back there where the opener and screw driver are located. I mean I did a couple thinner and they work but I just feel better about the wider ones when a bottle opener is there.

I got $35 for each of these. These are a lot more work to add the bottle opener and the nail pull is hard for me the way I have to do them also. To aid me with that effort what I may do later is make one the way I want them and send it off to my waterjet guy and have them cut out of a sheet of ti all done the same so I can just grind them and bend them, clean them up and list them here to sell once I get cord choices. Right now I'm out of $ to advance any more out there. Well, I did find one strip last night that I started to make two more like the one I did for my brother. I don't have them done though and I'm not sure when I'll get to them and when I do I need to keep one to send to the Waterjet to copy.
I just bought over $1000 worth of ti for the stuff I have been making and figure I'll still offer the basic model since they sell fairly well for me and are priced such that anyone can buy one. These Deluxe models when I have them will probably have to be $35 to $40 by the time I add in cost to cut them out and all. I really can't be held to that at this point though as it just depends. I didn't mind making a few to test the waters but I would burn out fast to have to do bunches of them by hand as I did this last run.
We'll have to play it by ear. Thanks for your interest though. I do appreciate it.
