Demko 20.5 real or fake

Hello should a real 20.5 have patent numbers stamped numbers inside the knife on the back spring and should the D in Demko not be broken, the outer loop in the D is broken but it has pat numbers. I don’t have the knife in my hands looked at it today. Thanks

Mine do have patent numbers under the Shark Lock and there is no break in the "D" font...if that helps! Some photos would help us better.
