So I finally decided to check out the ad 20.5 and to my disappointment it came missing a screw. That's not a good first impression at all.
1. Has anyone else had this happen
2. Is there a good company that offers good quality screws. Just incase anymore fall out
3. If I want to exchange it how long does knife center take to process an exchange.
Thank you

haven't heard this happen to anyone else yet. knifecenter should exchange it, I'd think. they are a solid dealer. contact them and get it returned and new one sent to you.

Oh they are fine to deal with I just never had to exchange anything ever with any purchase this is the first time I've had a knife that was unacceptable so I have no idea how long it will take.

I bought some spare screws just to have them around. I also got some extra springs in the chance I might launch one across a room.
Did you buy them from demko or a 3rd party. Launching springs and pins is a frequent thing with me they just rocket into another dimension stupid buffer detents

I'm glad they are handling it, my ad20.5 has been great. Although it didn't come missing a screw, the second day I had my Pro-Tech Malibu it launched a stop pin screw across the room when it flipped it open. Luckily I found the screw. Guess it wasn't tightened down at the factory. Sometimes these things happen in big factories.

I've also noticed a lot of companies are not loctiting their screws, I'm not sure why. My Civivi Riffle, Cheburkov Strizh, Massdrop Gent Select, ad20.5, and A Purvis Progeny, they all came without it.

Yea it happens. All the other screws were in place and loctited I'm really liking the knife so far. I always check screws right away I can't remember really what comes loctited.

Here's mine. One side of the scales have my dad's initials and his year of birth and death, the other days "Fishing Heaven's Waters." I only wish I could get the thumbstub off and just use the hole.
