Here is a knife for those who are looking for a great buy on a custom knife. I just got mine and this is one heck of a knife for the money...less than $100! It has a nice leather wet-form fitted sheath...among the best I've seen. The blade is ATS-34 and micarta handles with a red liner. This is the guardless model. You can order it with a guard for about $25 more. The grinds on this are nothing short of outstanding. I am very pleased.

I talked with GenO about some other knives I have on order from him and he is starting to build quite a waiting list...so if you been a lookin', you better order.

Great looking knife, Jeff!

I got one from GenO today. Awesome work.

Enjoy it,

Thanks Blues.

This is my second knife from him...I also have two more on order. The quality is way beyond the price of admission. The price I paid for the above knife competes with some production knives but make those knives look overpriced by 3 times! Dollar for dollar you CANNOT buy a better knife.

My first was a GM model...a little smaller than your Big Boy model with stag and mirror polished blades. I am like you...I can't find a single flaw and I been lookin' for over a month. I couldn't bring myself to even think about using it so I wanted a guardless "user". Again, it is so well executed that I find myself not wanting to use this knife now!. They are beautiful knives.

I'm sure that Kelly Yates can concur with this statement: in the next couple of months he will be 1 year back on his waiting list and before the end of the year he will be 2 years back. And besides, GenO is one great guy to work with...he strives to give you his best product ALL the time.

For those who are still unsure...the word is out...it's not time to drag your feet.

Hi
I wish I had a scanner to show off GenO's knives I own, His work is great. I own 3 with one in the works, great stuff all around. price and workmanship. I'm afraid all these good plugs will make GenO's waiting list go up. I must thank Senator for the info on GenO he gave me, If not for him I may not have heard of his reputation as a knifemaker. Thanks Al.

Senator and Blues talked to me about his work and I think it was Senator who told me about him a good while back when you could get one in a few weeks.

These two know what they are looking at and I have follwed them on a few things.

The Senator does his homework. It was not that long ago when he purchased a Sebenza which I think was his first high quality knife. If I remember our session in the chat room correctly.

The number of Custom makers out there producing high quality blades is amazing compared to 10 or as little as 6 years ago.
The bar keeps getting raised higher each year and GenO as well as others are all over it.

The only problem, a personal one, for me is that my budget can not keep pace.

Just got my order in for a nice Model B Hunter; Kelly was also my inspiration on that one.
Folders! Heaven help me: there goes the budget again! Thanks again, Kelly!
