Maybe some of you already know this but I just found out that Dennis Wright, (of Wright Knives), is recovering from bypass surgery. He's a good guy but most importantly he's a fellow forumite. Let's all send him a short E-mail of support and wish him the best in his recovery. His address is: wrightknive@ixpres.com.

Gene,

Thanks for letting us know. Dennis is a tough bird an ex-navy to boot so I'm sure he'll be on line here shortly!

PS that e-mail address is no good!

Yes, I'm sorry for the mistake. Dennis' correct address is: wrightknife@ixpres.com

Thanks Guys. I hope you realize how much this means. Your good thoughts really do help.

A five vessel bypass at age 53 is quite a blow to the psyche as well as the chest. It was caught on a physical checkup and I wasn't the least bit prepared for it. It's going to take some getting used to.

I'm not up to any long posts for awhile but I'll be lurking out here.

Thanks again. God bless you all.

Dennis

Mike, I'm glad your surgery went ok. I hope your recovery is faster than mine.

Dennis is a very knowledgeable as well as honest and straightforward knifeman. He's always taken time to explain or discuss knife matters with me, and for that I'm grateful.

Dennis, take care and recover soon!

Sorry to hear about this setback Dennis. I hope you can soon start doing the things you like to do once again. You should be able to spend some pleasant time lurking.

God bless.

I'm praying and believing that the LORD will touch you supernaturally granting you a speedy and TOTAL recovery. I speak from experience as I well know the power of prayer, I have an 18 year old son who is living proof that I serve a healing JESUS!

You had one too Jack?

Man, this forum is mostly middle aged - senior citizen level, eh? I feel like a kid

Good to see you post here so quickly Dennis. I wish you a speedy recovery and we look forward to hear that you're doing well.

Now, sit back, relax and lurk away! Might help if you have your favorite knife with you!
