denver steel sources?

new to the forum, new to knifemaking...have built a forge and assembled some tools and scrap steel...have yet to pound some steel and make a knife! (although i did grind a woodworking marking knife out of a file once...)

i live outside of denver in colorado and am wondering if anyone knows of local sources of steel, particularly 5160...some place that doesn't mind little guys poking around, asking for smaller quantities?

i mean new steel...i have some leaf springs, but i'd like to have a source where i know exactly what i'm getting...

I found this guy out in commerce city who has a bunch of 5160 and he sold it to me cheap, cheap ,cheap. Drop me an email and I'll scrounge his address or wait for another post from me when I can find it. He was a little iffy on what it was but then i said spring steel and he said yes. I wasnt sure so i went snooping and found a tag on the steel (he has racks of it) that said "5160 HT or HC", anyhow, I'll get that info,,,,
