I'm a sucker for nice- smelling stuff. I like the smell of Tabac, but it gives me a rash under my arm. By far, my favorite is the I Coloniali with Oubaku extract. All of I coloniali's line smells great. Nothing like it.

Had to give up the Axe and go back to Old Spice as I'm getting too old to beat off crowds of women. Now days I prefer just one at a time. ;)

Crystal Deodorant Stone. It looks like a rock of salt. It is sort of. Very non-allergenic. No fragrance. Works great and last a long time. One quirk though. Once going through the airline check out we got stopped. This thing is almost the size of a tennis ball. No sir it is not crack. If it was I would not be flying coach thank you. One of the other inspectors was aware of this product and got us off the hook.

Dove right now. I'm allergic to literally every Old Spice deodorant out there. I'm also allergic to a lot of Axe. The Dove is pretty basic and has fewer ingredients. It doesn't irritate me, either. Most heavily fragranced deodorants do irritate my skin, though, so I stick with little to no armpit fragrance and just use a nice cologne.

I've been usin Gillette Clinical Strength for a few years now. I sweat quite a bit (active job, not obese) and most everything else I tried quit working for me after a few hours. This stuff works well for up to 24 hours.

I, too, tried the alum rock with mixed results. I do find that shavng my armpits is the single biggest factor in causing the smell. Might be something to consider.

I have sensitive skin (get rashes easily, get irritated skin easily, etc.). I use Ban unscented roll-on. If I can't find it, then I use whatever alcohol-free, unscented deo I can find.

I also have sensitive skin, so I can't use anti-perspirant.... deoderant only. I don't like the gel because they make my armpit hair stick together. That really limits my choices, so I usually use Old Spice or Speed Stick.

It's only been a month or so since I started this thread but i feel comfortable enough to recommended Mill Creek for you guys that have sensitive skin. All natural ingredients and even though it's only been a month it's seems to be working really well . I save the Taylor of Old Bond Street for when I want to fight the ladies off.

old spice after hours for me, since SWMBO likes it. deodorant only, not really sure what people have against sweating normally. In fact, when I first moved here I couldn't sweat much, must be conditioning to the cold I guess, then one day, Bam, soaking wet. been much more able to work outside since.

I don't like anti-perspirants, I think it's unhealthy not to sweat. But, who likes stink? I've found that if you use very expensive stick deodorants (usually French or Italian) yes they often smell very good, for a bit.....some of them can actually make you reek like a ferret cage or foxfarm after a while :barf::barf: Worse than nothing:D

Like with shaving, trial & error!

Arm & Hammer unscented. I don't want my anti-perspirant clashing with any scent I am wearing.
