When was the desert dagger discontinued. the one that was in kill bill. and are they hard to come buy cuz I really want one.
 
i`ve got one , great for a collection , but i don`t think it would really be the greatest user in my opinion. i don`t know how hard they are to come by , look on ebay and scout the knife dealers.
 
Dunno where in the US you can still get them but in Aus, they are still available for AUD$200 (approx US$147) if you know where to look. In general, all knives in Aus are expensive, the notable exception I've seen is that Global kitchen knives are way cheaper here than in the US.
 
I believe the Desert Dagger was discontinued after the Daggert I and Daggert II went into full production. The Desert Dagger is a nice knive, looks great and feels wonderfull in the hand. Though the Daggerts are even nicer. If you can get a DD Do so, and try to get a Daggert to go with it. ;)

Yeah the DD is discontinued, I have noticed some versions of the Daggert 2 with Satin Finish and special red/black handle.
from the Sog website though the only available options are Bead Blastled or TiNi.
also the DD was Aus6 and the Daggert's are Aus8

although the DD is cool

yeah well i`d rather have a seki japan dd than a taiwan made daggert any day

Go to AM Military Surplus. Try the website for contact info. They have a slightly used one for sale. I know the owner and I'm sure he'd be glad to send it to you.
