Desert Ironwood Fighter

I finished this one a few days ago. Forged W2 blade with hamon; 8.5" long, and 1/4" thick. The handle is a nice piece of Desert Ironwood. The guard is 416 stainless, and the spacers are black G10 and bronze. OAL is 14".

The bronze spacers really set off the ironwood. The blades shape is really sweet!

The spacers are the epitome of understated elegance. Worth emulating. The lanyard pin is perfect in that respect as well though I would never dangle a heavy surgically sharp blade from a cord.
