I have on this Saturday morning some pictures I took of my Desert Ironwood Inlay Sebenza. A thread a few weeks back requested some photos. As promised, a little late but better than never.
None of these actually capture the fire of the grain when the light hits it the right way. However, it's likely because I am not very good with the camera or photo editing software. I am practicing though! I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy this Sebenza. I must say this is the smoothest one in my collection just behind my Honduran Rose wood. I can post some similar pictures of that bad boy if this thread goes well. The grain on that inlay is almost even more spectacular!
Oh pictured in the photo is a horse hair pottery piece from the Navajo Nation out west. Its a my favorite piece I own is very symbolic. Anyway I hope this gets your salivary glands going!
