A friend and customer asked me to build him a EDC linerlock folder with Desert Ironwood about a year ago.
At the moment, I can't do hollow grinds because I only have a small bench grinder in my old shop. But I didn't want him to have to wait anymore. So I recycled a blade from a folder I had still lying around.
This is the result:
RWL34 blade, Chad Nichols damascus bolster and Desert Ironwood scales
I really love the pattern in this wood.
Titanium liners.
Nice lockup.
t will get a leather sheat with gorgeous Rino-hide.
