Impressive. What's the width from heel to spine on the chef knife? 2 1/2 inches?

Beautiful. Love the taper in the handle to the heel of the blade. Comfortable and utilitarian.

very clean and crisp! I'd love pictures of the heel and from the top to see the tang-thickness and tapering to get a better idea of how it would use and feel.
