Isn't a Tad Illegal there in the UK? Just Sayin

I was thinking it's a tad illegal in some states in the U.S. as well. Though I'm not sure if that applies to being in a wilderness area. It's a beautiful knife that's for sure. I feel it would be at home in a desert.

Gorgeous knife, love the long, thin 8" blade, good for cutting through cacti, or poking critters from a distance I imagine. Also good for sticking wild pigs found in the desert. Only question, why a double edge on a survival blade?

Thanks guys. Double edges are fine in the UK, I can buy Fairbain Sykes knives in shops or on the net. Double edges are handy if you have to deal with human dangers as well as natural ones. The top edge can be left unsharpened if clients prefer it.

Very nice shing! You could do some handy work on a pig with some dogs barkin, adrenaline pumpin, hawain breeze blowin!!!

Actually, I had pig huntiing in mind when I made the top one.

The blade is just under 8 inches long. I brass brazed the guard also made of O1 because I wanted it to stay put even if you had a 500 pound pig at one end and the hunter at the other. I'm going to do some longer ones, maybe 9-12 inch blade versions with spring tempered blades and reinforced tips for pig hunting.
