Desert Tan series no more?

I've been away, did a search and found nothing obvious:

Did BK&T stop the desert tan series knives? If so, I'm glad I got my Crewman when I did. Wish I had got the others while I could.

Yeah, Desert Tan no more! There are dealers out there who still have some in stock but production has stopped on these models. Sorry!

Anybody know of a source for Becker desert tan knives? I'll need a couple more.

Is there any difference in the Desert Sand models and the standard models besides the color. Are the blade coatings and handles made different or different material??

Also what are the new extreme handles everyone is talking about?
