Desiccant Silica for my Pelican Case

I just purchased a Pelican case to store my knives in. I live near the coast and I understand moisture builds up in the foam. I purchased a Desiccant http://www.thepelicanstore.com/Pelican-Desiccant-1094.aspx and was wondering where exactly should I store it? I'm guessing under the foam? Would it work as well if I hide it under the foam so I can't see it everytime I open my case.
