Is RAT still having the contest? I wanted to post acual pics of my design, but the thread has been closed for close to a week.
 
Will try to get this going again as long as everyone will play by the rules and ONLY post up designs. Last time it got so cluttered with everyone chatting and commenting on other's designs that it got too much to try to keep track of. if we try this again it ONLY has to be designs and nothing more.

No change on that tread and now on page 5. Got the design ready and propose hijacking/linking this thread for the comments (if you don't mind MOF).

When you reopen the design contest up I just want to make sure I play nice; I know you said no folders and no machetes but what about large fixed blades ie. 8"-10" blades w/ overall length in the range of 15"?

Also is there a limit to how many designs we can submit?

And let me thank you in advance for the chance to fulfill a "cheesy" as it sounds a life long dream of mine which is to see a knife I've designed come to full production fruition.
 
When we get this going again we want NO FOLDERS and NO MACHETES in the design ideas. No limit to number of designs you can post up. No problem on 10 inch blades.
 
Hey guys, quick question:

MUST the submission be a knife?

I have a more "survival" oriented gadget idea that would fit in with Rat's product line in addition to a knife idea.

Hey Everyone I noticed this thread about a design contest awhile ago and have some designs finished. Just wanted to know if its avalible I cant find the thread or is it still turned off. thanks
