It seems (I'm new to the knife world) that Rick Hinderer is credited for the design of a lot of different knives made by various manufacturers. Is there a list somewhere (or bladeforums thread) that lists all the different knife models that he has designed or collaborated in designing?

I don`t have a complete list, but there are the Zero Tolerance models 550/551 & 560. There`s also a Gerber made "Hinderer Rescue Knife".

BTW-you`re in Morgantown? Interesting. I have been there a couple of times myself (on holiday, visiting friends)-nice place.

Kershaw Cryo, bunch of Gerbers: torch I/II, game pro, combat life saver, rescue (as mentioned), Benchmade 12550

In addition to the aforementioned collaborative projects you will also see some very well respected Knife Designers (like AG Russell) paying homage to revolutionary engineering elements credited to Rick Hinderer (as pictured the Hinderer Lock Bar Stabilizer used in the Acies)

Just another example of how special Ricks contributions are to Man's oldest tool:)
