I have a Designer's Proof of the late great Blackie Collins, the knife is called the "Golden Dolphin" my question is, is a designer's proof typically worth more than the actual produced product? I am pretty sure this blade never went to production, but the fact that this is the ONLY ONE like this would keep the price pretty high right? Also I have another Blackie Collins designers proof of the Wenoka commemorative dive knives (not sure the name of it it commemorates 50 years of diving though). I am not trying to sell this on this site, as I have been warned not to do so by Bladeforums.com. I am just curious what somebody would think if they had the type of knife that I do, made by a legend in the knife world.
